It’s adorable and comfy but IT DOES NOT include the panty portion. It’s basically a cover up.

Very pretty

Love this for a cute way to be extra modest on the swimsuit bottoms! When I ordered it I didn’t realize originally that it is only a skirt - no actual swim bottoms or shorts underneath. So you just need to wear something underneath is all. It’s a great length!

Pretty color

I love the color of this skirt that I got match one of the DM tops. The way it floats up in the water is a bit bothersome to me and doesn't work as well as other skort swim bottoms. However, if you just wanted this for a cover-up outside the water, it is very flattering.
