Thank you for supporting our small business! We are glad you have joined the DM Family!
We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. for orders over $100! We ship world - wide and strive to fulfill your order quickly no matter where you are!
Please understand that we are a small business. We do our best to approve returns as they come through daily, returns requested on weekends or holidays will be approved the following business day. Once your return arrives at the warehouse, there is a standard 7-14 business day turnaround time on store credit being issued.
Items are available for return within 21 days from the "delivered" date of your purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 21 days, we are not able to accept the return. At this time we do not offer exchanges. Returns may be subject to a $10 restocking fee, to avoid this fee please follow the return portal prompts and make sure your return is sent back correctly.
International orders are acceptable for a return 30 days from your "delivered" date. All returns must be accepted through our return portal. Please follow the link below to start your return.

Some Items are NOT eligible to return:

- BOGO Sales
- 30% Off Sales or more
- Final Few Discount Codes
- DM Mystery Bag
- Accessories/Jewelry
- DM Swim being returned without hygiene liner, tags attached
- DM Fashion Exclusives being returned without the 'do not remove' tag
- Any clothing/swimwear returned with perfume, marks, rips, tears, damages
In order to maximize the process, please keep these things in mind as you package your return:
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, without wear or damage, tags still attached, along with the original packing slip
- All DM Swimsuits MUST have the hygiene liner, free of stains and both tags still attached
- All items must be free of perfumes, deodorant marks & make up stains
BOGO Sold Out Item(s) will receive a gift card for the purchase price paid.
Any Sold Out item(s), except for BOGO SALES will receive a refund for the the purchase price paid.
All returns are for store credit, which can be used in both of our Utah store locations, or online, and the credit does not expire.
SHIPPING
We strive to ship orders within 3-5 business days (M-F) of receiving your order and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience! Holiday and sale events may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.
- Orders shipped on Fridays after 12PM MST will be picked up at our warehouse by USPS the following Monday. Your tracking information will update then.
- Orders containing a Pre Order will ship as soon as it comes available.
- DM Fashion is not responsible for incorrect addresses given at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order. We will do our best to change it before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes. If order is returned to shipper, there will be a $10 re-shipping fee.
- DM Fashion reserves the right to refund any items that end up being Sold out / out of stock and ship the remaining part of the order.
Express Orders:
Express shipping is not a guaranteed delivery at a certain date due to delays with USPS that are out of our control. We will ship ASAP & then it is up to USPS! Usually arrives 1-3 days after it has been shipped. If an order is placed with express shipping during Holiday hours when we are closed, they will be shipped the first day we reopen. If orders are placed with express shipping on Friday after 9 am MST, they will be shipped Monday of the following week. Please note we can not guarantee the arrival due to extreme back logs of USPS. Express shipping is currently not available for international orders.
International Orders:
International arrival times varies! Once we ship your order and it is received into customs, please allow appropriate time for customs release. DM Fashion does not collect duties, customs, and/or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential fees unpaid. Customers will be responsible for all duties, customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office to find out more regarding your country’s custom fees. Once a package reaches the international border, DM Fashion is no longer responsible for missing or lost packages. Please contact your local Customs to locate and deliver your package. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery before you contact our customer support team, as we ship in a timely manner, but International Customs may take longer to approve your shipment, which is beyond our control.
In most cases, your international order will be received within 3-4 weeks of shipping.
Please note that all international will be responsible for returning your items. They must be post marked by 30 days of the shipping date to be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Lost Or Stolen Packages:
DM Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages to a package during transit once an order has been noted "delivered" Please contact your local post office if your package is missing or damaged and they will help you locate it or file a claim.
Received A Damaged Item:
If you received a damaged product upon arrival, DM Fashion must be notified via email with photos within 2 business days of arrival. After 2 business days, DM Fashion can no longer be responsible. Once confirmed as a received damage, DM Fashion will issue a return label and arrange a replacement.
Defective Policy On Swimsuits:
We will review any manufacture defect within 30 days of receiving your order. Defects will be determined by DM Fashion and their Manuf and if the swimsuit will be replaced. No replacement will be given for pilling, snagging, putting it in the dryer, pens, foreign objects in the washing machine, washing colored clothing with your swimsuits that may discolor because of the dye in the clothing, high chlorine in hot tubs that discolor and damaged as well careless wear and tear of DM Fashion swimsuits. This is not considered a manufacture defect. No exceptions will be offered. Please read the link below how to care for your DM Fashion swimsuit so it will last longer. Women rave that DM Fashion suits last for 2+ years if worn and cared for properly.
You will receive a DM Fashion Swimsuit in excellent condition and designed with the highest quality. A DM Fashion Swimsuit will last if you take good care of it and follow the instructions below:

Received An Incorrect Item:
We are not perfect, and rarely make mistakes in processing orders, but if you receive an incorrect item, DM Fashion will take any means necessary to make sure you are taken care of quickly! Please notify DM Fashion via email with photos within 2 business days of arrival. Once confirmed that you received the wrong item, DM Fashion will issue a return label for the item and arrange the proper item to be shipped.
Price Adjustments for Sales:
DM Fashion does not offer price adjustments. We will not be able to add a promotion to an order if it is not used at checkout. New promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
Cancel/ Duplicate/Changed Orders:
DM Fashion ships hundreds of orders per day and does not have the capability to stop and cancel or change an order once it placed. This causes bottle necks in our shipping process and errors occur. Once the order is placed, it can not be cancelled or changed. No exceptions. So please make sure your item(s), size & style is what you ordered.
Discount Codes Not Used On Orders:
We run sales and discount codes are offered. If a discount code is an error on the part of the customer (customer forgot to put in the discount code) we will gladly refund the discount of that order in a gift card. No refunds will be offered. Our gift cards never expire.
Using Store Credit:
If you have an order that you would like to buy using store credit or a gift card please make sure you process the order correctly. Note that we cannot apply a gift card to an order already processed via credit card. We also cannot refund that credit card after the order has been place to switch the payment method. No exceptions.
Color Variation:
We can not control the color that is on each customer's computer monitor. We will do our best to provide the color correctness of each style shown in our store. We can not be liable for the color matching of our photos.
