DM FASHION EASY RETURNS
Thank you for supporting our small business! We want you to love every piece from our family owned shop and we aim to make returns simple.
- Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchanges.
- You have 7 days after you receiving your return label to ship your return.
- Labels expire after 7 days.
- Returns received at our warehouse are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges include an $8 new-item delivery fee to cover shipping your replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers who select Checkout+ at checkout receive free returns.
- Customers who decline Checkout+ are responsible for return shipping cost.
International orders
International orders may be returned 30 days of delivery through our return portal.

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Items discounted 30% or more
- Buy One Get One Free
- Accessories/Jewelry
- DM Swim being returned without hygiene liner, tags attached
- DM Fashion Exclusives being returned without the 'do not remove' tag
- Any clothing/swimwear returned with perfume, marks, rips, tears, damages
SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Sales, holidays, and high order volumes may cause delays.
- Orders placed Friday after 12 PM MST are picked up by USPS the following Monday. Tracking updates when USPS scans the package.
- Preorders ship when the item becomes available
- Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses incur a $10 reshipping fee.
- If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to refund that item and ship the remaining items.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is not a guarantee delivery date. Orders typically arrive 1-3 days after shipping, depending on the carrier.
- Orders placed during holiday closures ship when we reopen.
- Orders placed Friday after 9 AM MST ship the following Monday.
- Express shipping is unavailable for international orders.
International Orders:
We ship world-wide.
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Most orders arrive 3-4 weeks, but please allow up 6-8 weeks before contacting customer support about delays.
- Customers are responsible for all duties, customs, and brokerage fees, if applied.
- Once a package reaches the international border, contact your local customs office for assistance with missing or delayed packages.
- International returns must be post marked within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact customer support so we can help you resolve this issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please confirm your items, sizes, and styles before checking out.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows "delivered," DM Fashion is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. Contact your local post office for assistance.
Damaged Items
Report damaged items by email within 2 business days of delivery, including photos. Once the damage is confirmed, we will provide a return label and arrange a replacement.
Swimsuit Defects
A DM Fashion Swimsuit will last if you take good care of it and follow the instructions below:

Discount Codes
If you forget to apply a discount code, we may issue the discount amount as a gift card. We do not provide refunds for missed discounts. Gift cards never expire.
Store Credit & Gift Cards
Please apply store credit or gift cards correctly at checkout. We cannot apply them to completed orders or change the payment after an order is placed.
Color Variations
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. We do our best to display accurate product colors.
