Shipping and Exchanges
Due to inventory and accessibility, items purchased online can no longer be exchanged at our store in Lindon.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your items, please feel free to send them back for an exchange or store credit. We will happily accept Regular Priced items for exchange or store credit up to 14 days after they are delivered to you. Please note that all items must be in original condition/packaging: unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered, free of marks, makeup, perfumes, deodorant, and animal hair with all tags still attached (if applicable). Items purchased on promotion including percentage off or BOGO are exchange only, no store credit.

Items on Clearance or indicated as Final Sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days from the time we receive them. All shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend that items are sent with tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing items. We work hard to ensure all packages are shipped out in a timely manner. Please allow our Shipping Department 3-5 business days to process your order and an additional 3-5 business days to ship your items. We know you are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your items, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Canadian orders can take up to 4 weeks for arrival.
