Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING

  • All orders have a flat shipping rate of 9.95 for orders under $75. All orders over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING.
  • At this time we offer US and Canada shipping only.
  • Orders are processed and leave our Lindon, Utah Warehouse within 2-3 business days, sometimes much sooner. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business day from the time of purchase.
  • We use USPS for shipping at this time.
  • Orders that want to be expedited, please email our customer service team customersupport@diviinemodestee.com They will return your email within 24 hours and inform you if faster shipping is an option.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns/exchanges on all items (except items marked "Final Sale"
  • Any discounts offered online 20% or more will receive store credit or may be exchanged if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be given. Store credit never expires and can be used once issued.
  • To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned and postmarked 14 days from the date the order was placed.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, tags still attached and in new condition.
  • Items that are found damaged, have make up stains, deodorant marks, or perfume will be shipped back to you and not accepted for a return.
  • Swimwear that has missing liner(s) will not be accepted for a return and will be returned to the sender.
  • In all packages is an exchange/return form, please fill this out when returning your item(s).
  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or an online store credit if requested.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping returns.
  • Refunds/exchanges are processed within 12-15 business days of receiving the return.
  • Local Customers may return their item(s) to our store in Lindon, UT but an exchange or store credit will only be issued. If local customers want a full refund, all item(s) must be returned by mail to our warehouse.
  • Any orders returned after 14 days, will be eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Any orders returned after 21 days will not be accepted and returned back to the sender.

*DM Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.

 PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  • We will not be able to make any price adjustments if a promotion code is offered and not used at check out.
  • We also can not make any price adjustments after a promotion has ended.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • If an item(s) are received with damages, those damages must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order. All damages require a picture that shows what is damaged and an explanation to ensure proper receipt. Please email to customersupport@diviinemodestee.com. Only damaged item(s) will receive return labels. We will send a placement for the defective item(s). If the item(s) are sold out we will issue a refund or may also request store credit.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

  • If an incorrect item is received, please contact our shipping team at shipping@diviinemodestee.com within 2 business days of receiving the order. Sometimes human error does occur, but rarely and we will do everything to make the error right! Please send us a picture of the tag and the wrong size so we can get you taken care of!

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or changed. So please review your order carefully before you check out.
  • If you do order the wrong size, or item, please contact our shipping team at shipping @diviinemodestee.com so our team can help you set aside the item(s) you wanted to order.
  • Once your exchange is received we will send the correct item(s) to you.
  • Final Sale Items can not be exchanged.
