Shipping & Delivery

Please note: Express shipping is not guaranteed delivery at a certain date due to delays with USPS that are out of our control. We will ship ASAP & then it is up to USPS! Thank you for your patience & understanding at this time. We appreciate all of our DM customers!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY - Due to a high volume of orders, we are shipping within 5-7 business days with arrival 2-3 days after shipment. International orders arrival time varies. 

DM Fashion is committed to processing orders promptly!

  • Orders are processed and leave our Lindon, Utah Warehouse within 3-5 business days (M-F), sometimes much sooner. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment. Holiday and Sale events may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.
  • If an order is placed with express shipping during Holiday hours when we are closed, they will be shipped the first day we reopen. If orders are placed on express shipping on Friday after 11am MST, they will be shipped Monday of the following week. All other express orders will be processed ASAP & after it has been shipped it will arrive within 1-2 days.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages and/or damages to a package in transit once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing or damaged. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given to us at checkout. We will do our best to change them before they ship, but we work quickly and cannot guarantee changes. Please double check all your information before submitting an order. 
  • We use USPS for shipping at this time.
  • All U.S. orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 for orders under $75 subtotal. All U.S. orders over $75 subtotal will receive FREE SHIPPING. International rates vary by location. 

  • If an order is placed and DM Fashion ends up being out of stock of the item, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the out of stock item and the rest of the order will be shipped.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or changed. So please review your order carefully before you check out.
  • If you do order the wrong size, or item, please contact our shipping team at customersupport@diviinemodestee.com so our team can help you set aside the item(s) you wanted to order to be held for you while you mail in your item(s) in to be exchanged.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

  • If an item(s) are received with damages, those damages must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order. All damages require a picture that shows what is damaged and an explanation to ensure proper receipt. Please email to customersupport@diviinemodestee.com. Only damaged item(s) will receive return labels. We will send a replacement for the defective item(s). If the item(s) are sold out we will issue a refund or may also request store credit.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:

  • If an incorrect item is received, which rarely happens, please contact our shipping team at customersupport@diviinemodestee.com within 2 business days of receiving the order. Sometimes human error does occur, but rarely and we will do everything to make the error right! Please send us a picture of the item with the tag showing so we can get you taken care of!

 PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

  • We will not be able to make any price adjustments if a promotion code is offered and not used at check out.
  • We cannot make any price adjustments after a promotion has ended.
  • If you have placed an order and a promotion begins we can not apply the discount to your order.
