We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’d love to help you return or exchange your purchase.
- Refunds are issued on regular priced items only.
- Discounts 15% or more, including BOGO deals, are exchange or online store credit. BOGO customers must exchange or return both items in the BOGO deal to be eligible for exchange or online store credit.
AFTERPAY customers are eligible for online store credit only. No exceptions.
- Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
- Product(s) must be in original condition;
- Free of stains
- No perfumes or smells
- Tags still attached
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible to return, and will be marked "return to sender". Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items showing any signs of wear/damage will be returned to sender.
- Item(s) must be post marked and mailed back within 14 days of your order date. This postage date is listed on your package and your invoice that will be emailed to you. Refunds will be returned back to the form of payment that the order was processed. Please allow 3-4 business days to see the refund completed.
- Item(s) received after 14 days but within 21 days are issued online store credit. Returns after 21 days from the order date will not be accepted and returned to sender. No exceptions.
- Please do not add a Signature Required option on return packages. We are open 12-6pm M-F and we have run into issues with shipping providers not delivering during business hours and packages being returned to sender.
International orders have 21 days from the order date to return for refund and up to 30 days from the order date to return for online store credit.

Please allow up to 20-30 days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be returned to your credit card once issued.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
- Exchanges & Store Credit can be done up to 21 days from your order date. Must be postmarked within 21 days of your order date or will be returned to sender.
- $7 exchange fee is required to cover shipping costs back to you. Additional $15 for international orders.
- If payment information is not listed for shipping costs back to you, store credit will be issued.
- If an item(s) are received with damages, those damages must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order. All damages require a picture that shows what is damaged and an explanation to ensure proper receipt. Please email to email@example.com. Only damaged item(s) will receive return labels. We will send a replacement for the defective item(s). If the item(s) are sold out we will issue a refund or may also request store credit.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:
- If an incorrect item is received, which rarely happens, please contact our shipping team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving the order. Sometimes human error does occur, but rarely and we will do everything to make the error right! Please send us a picture of the item with the tag showing so we can get you taken care of!
