      All orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 for orders under $75. All U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING. Canada and Australia rates vary by location.

      • At this time we offer U.S. Canada and Australia shipping only.
      • Orders are processed and leave our Lindon, Utah Warehouse within 3-5 business days, sometimes much sooner. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment.
      • We use USPS for shipping at this time.
      • Orders that want to be expedited, please email our shipping team shipping@diviinemodestee.com. They will return your email at the next business day and inform you if faster shipping is available. A fee will need to be collected over the phone. The Shipping department will give you an estimate.

      RETURNS/EXCHANGES

      • We accept returns/exchanges on all item(s) except for item(s) marked as Final Sale
      • Any discounts offered online 15% or more including BOGO deals will receive store credit or may be exchanged if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be given. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on our website once issued.
      • To receive a full refund the item(s) must be returned and postmarked 14 days from the date the order was placed. Any orders returned after 14 days, will be eligible for store credit or exchange only. Any orders returned after 21 days will be declined and returned to sender.
      • If you are unhappy with your exchange, you can return your item to our warehouse within 21 days of your exchange ship date for store credit. Returned exchanges are not eligible for a refund.
      • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, tags still attached and in new condition. Items that are found damaged, have make up stains, deodorant marks, or perfume will be shipped back to you and not accepted for a return.
      • Swimwear that has missing liner(s) will not be accepted for a return and will be returned to the sender.
      • Shoes must be returned in the original box received. If the box is returned ruined or torn they will be shipped back to sender. As well please return all bags the shoes are placed in.
      • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or an online store credit if requested.
      • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
      • Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return. Exchanges are processed within 12-15 business days of receiving the return.
      • Local customers may return their item(s) to our store in Lindon, UT but an exchange or store credit will only be issued. If local customers want a full refund, all item(s) must be returned by mail to our warehouse.

       PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

      • We will not be able to make any price adjustments if a promotion code is offered and not used at check out.
      • We cannot make any price adjustments after a promotion has ended.
      • If you have placed an order and a promotion begins we can not apply the discount to your order.

      DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

      • If an item(s) are received with damages, those damages must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order. All damages require a picture that shows what is damaged and an explanation to ensure proper receipt. Please email to customersupport@diviinemodestee.com. Only damaged item(s) will receive return labels. We will send a replacement for the defective item(s). If the item(s) are sold out we will issue a refund or may also request store credit.

      INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

      • If an incorrect item is received, please contact our shipping team at shipping@diviinemodestee.com within 2 business days of receiving the order. Sometimes human error does occur, but rarely and we will do everything to make the error right! Please send us a picture of the item with the tag showing so we can get you taken care of!

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      • Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or changed. So please review your order carefully before you check out.
      • If you do order the wrong size, or item, please contact our shipping team at shipping@diviinemodestee.com so our team can help you set aside the item(s) you wanted to order to be held for you while you mail in your item(s) in to be exchanged.
      • Final Sale Items can not be returned or exchanged.
